Exciting opportunities exist for highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurses to provide leadership to the staff on the Critical Care Unit at a private hospital in regional Victoria.
As the ANUM and a member of the management team you will be required to support the Unit Manager in all areas relevant to the efficient, safe running of the unit. You will demonstrate leadership in the maintenance of high quality standards of patient care and encourage a team orientated approach. You will also be able to contribute to the efficient and economic operation of the hospital and demonstrate a commitment to Continuous Quality Improvement and customer service. 
As the successful applicant, you will possess the following attributes:
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • At least 3 years post-graduate nursing experience 
  • The ability to work in a team and undertake a leadership role 
  • A commitment to professional development

Hospital, located in Geelong CBD, is a busy 107 bed acute private hospital, providing a wide range of health services including most surgical specialties, interventional cardiac care, and inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. The Level 2 Critical Care Unit comprises 6 ICU/HDU beds, 9 CCU beds and a Priority Admission Service. The Critical Care Unit caters for a varied and diverse case-mix of patients.
