Excellent opportunities exist for experienced Scrub/Scout Nurses to join the Perioperative Team specialising in Orthopaedics, Plastics and ENT at a private hospital in Melbourne. There are both part-time and full-time positions available.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering evidence-based nursing care;
- Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team;
- Ensuring patient and staff safety.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Must have completed a post-graduate degree in Peri-Operative nursing;
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Peri-Operative nursing;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

REMUNERATION
A base hourly rate of $40.13 - $51.26 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances.
ABOUT THE FACILITY
The hospital, located in Melbourne, is an acute 64-bed Surgical and Medical facility in Hampton's bayside suburb. The facility has five operating theatres, surgical wards, a day surgery unit, and a high dependency unit. A comprehensive range of services is provided, including Breast Surgery, ENT, Gastrointestinal Surgery, General Surgery, Orthopaedic Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Urology, and Vascular Surgery.
