An excellent opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Nurse with sound experience in endoscopy to join the management team of the DOSA team at a private hospital in Melbourne. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
As the ANUM, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to the unit to complement the strategic direction, operational processes, and quality management of all patients. With the Nurse Unit Manager's assistance and direction, you will provide clinical and operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient and effective management by coordinating the delivery of evidence-based nursing care. You will be accountable and responsible for the effective daily management of human, financial, and material resources.

 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • Current Registration with AHPRA;
  • Working with Children check (if relevant);
  • Acute Nursing Experience (Early Parenting/Sleep Settling/Mental Health Preferred/Maternity);
  • Commitment to Quality Patient Care;
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards;
  • Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team;
  • Basic computer skills.
