REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Proven experience in ICU management or a related healthcare leadership role;
- Strong clinical expertise coupled with a strategic mindset;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- A record of accomplishment of driving operational excellence and achieving measurable results;
- Proven time management and prioritisation skills;
Desirable
- Postgraduate qualification in Critical Care/ Intensive Care;
- Postgraduate qualification in Leadership and Management.

ABOUT THE FACILITY
The hospital, located in Canberra, is an acute facility with 8 operating theatres, an Angiography Suite, a 2-bed Critical Care Unit, Medical Rehab, and a Day Chemotherapy/Infusion unit. The extensive range of acute and medical healthcare include orthopaedics, cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, general surgery, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, vascular surgery, urology and geriatric medicine.
