Registered Nurse – Aged Care | Adelaide

• Current AHPRA Registration;
• At least 6 years of postgraduate experience;
• A clear understanding of the AN-ACC Aged care funding model and the Accreditation Standards;
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• A desire to uphold high standards of care and work;
• Ability to work autonomously;
• Actively engage in handovers with the Clinical Care Team to ensure continuity of care across shifts;
• Strong leadership skills;
• A willingness to learn and accept feedback;
• A current national police clearance;
• A passion for caring for others;
• Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientation;
• A genuine desire to improve the lives of Aged Care residents.
