ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse - Anaesthetics, your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking nursing care in accordance with legislation;
- Delivering evidence-based nursing care;
- Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team;
- Ensuring patient and staff safety;
- Supervising, directing, and guiding nursing team members, Enrolled Nurses (ENs), and (AINs) to deliver patient care;
- Proactively assessing the perioperative nursing care provided to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved for the individual/patient;
- Completing all required documentation in accordance with local and National Policies.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Current Registration with AHPRA;
- At least 2 years of graduate experience in Anaesthetics;
- Bachelor of Science (nursing) or equivalent;
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care;
- Relevant post-graduate qualification (or working towards);
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Works well independently and within a team;
- Compliance with ACQSHC National Standards.

REMUNERATION
$35.33 to $47.25 per hour.
