Registered Nurse – Medical Ward | Sydney

• Delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care;
• Collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient outcomes;
• Promoting patient and staff safety at all times;
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting ENs and AINs in delivering excellent care;
• Providing education and guidance to patients and families throughout recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life care.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current AHPRA registration;
• 2+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse;
• Clinical experience in acute medical, respiratory, or cardiac nursing;
• Strong clinical judgement and critical thinking skills;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities;
• A compassionate, patient‑centred approach;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
• Intermediate computer skills;
• Leadership skills are highly regarded.

REMUNERATION

A salary ranging from $39.09 - $54.89 per hour.
