Excellent opportunities await motivated individuals with extensive skills and a passion for delivering exceptional care in a modern healthcare setting, interested in joining the Recovery team at a private hospital in Adelaide. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering evidence-based nursing care;
  • Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team;
  • Ensuring patient and staff safety;
  • Supervising, directing, and guiding nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to deliver patient care;
  • Delivering education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery.
  • Current AHPRA registration;
  • South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance;
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Recovery;
  • Demonstrated understanding of National Safety and Quality Healthcare Standards, ACHA policies and procedures;
  • Ability to manage risk;
  • Sound knowledge of ACORN and ANZCA standards;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong facilitation and coaching skills;
  • Proven ability to effectively manage under pressure with competing demands.

Salaries range between $38.99 - $48.80 per hour.

The hospital, located in Adelaide,  is a modern acute facility providing a range of specialties, including obstetric, cardiac, critical care, orthopaedic, surgical, and medical services. The Operating Suite comprises 9 Theatres and operates electively over a 6-day week.
