Registered Nurses – Medical/Surgical | Darwin

Key Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Utilising a structured approach, carrying out comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments of patients;
• Implementing planned evidence-based nursing interventions within your scope of practice;
• Demonstrating exceptional clinical skills and procedures in managing patients seeking outstanding care;
• Implementing strategies to ensure quality and risk management are integrated into service provision;
• Maintaining and adhering to Infection Control policies and practices;
• Complying with organisational policies, procedures, and guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current Registration with AHPRA;
• Specialty nursing experience (desired);
• Working with Children check ;
• Commitment to Quality Patient Care;
• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards;
• Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Ability to work independently and within a team;
• Basic computer skills.

REMUNERATION

$37.97 - $50.97 per hour.
