Excellent opportunities exist for passionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join a friendly nursing team at a private hospital in Sydney. Permanent full time and part-time positions are available.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Surgical Registered Nurse, you will work across the surgical wards, including but not limited to urology, general, gynaecology, cardiac, plastics, ENT, and vascular surgery. You will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders. You will be responsible for all assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of each patient individual needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with the AHPRA;
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an acute care setting;
- Demonstrated ability to provide high standards of customer service and care for the patients;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated understanding of current relevant guidelines, regulations and standards.

A comprehensive range of acute surgical services is delivered, including general surgery, urology, colorectal, orthopaedics, plastics, thoracic, gynaecology, bariatric, ENT, cardiac and vascular surgery. Services are supported by a six-bed Intensive Care Unit.
