Registered Nurse – Coronary Care Unit | Sydney

• Delivering safe, research-based standards of nursing care;
• Providing complex and multi-disciplinary care;
• Working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs;
• Acting as a role model for Safe Practice;
• Supervising, directing, and supporting nursing team members;
• Delivering education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs;
• Supervising, directing, and guiding nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver patient care.

• Current registration with APHRA;
• Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent;
• Authority to Work in Australia;
• At least 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute ICU, HDU, or CCU setting;
• Post Graduate Certificate in ICU/CCU (or working towards) is desirable;
• Clinical experience in an ICU/CCU environment;
• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards;
• Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement;
• Being self-motivated and having a proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team;
• Possessing highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated, and customer-focused.
