Registered Nurse – Orthopaedic | Melbourne

Exciting opportunities await experienced Orthopaedic Registered Nurses to work across a 34-bed unit that caters for joint replacements and sports injuries at a private hospital in Melbourne. You can join on a full-time or part-time basis.

Reporting to the Ward's Nurse Unit Manager, you will work with the support and guidance of the team to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered. An understanding of the scope of practice and a positive attitude will enable you to work effectively alongside a team of professionals and independently as required.

To be successful, you will have:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
• Minimum 2 years relevant nursing experience in an acute care setting;
• Experience in orthopaedics will be highly regarded;
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent understanding of infection control principles;
• Willingness to work in a cohesive and caring team.

REMUNERATION
On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $36.13 - $49.96 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
