An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and highly motivated Registered Nurse to become a valuable member of a dynamic team within a bustling 31-bed acute Orthopaedic Ward at a private hospital in Perth. This is a permanent full-time position, and there is no sponsorship available at the moment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse, you will carry out the responsibilities under the supervision and direction of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering evidence-based nursing care;
- Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team;
- Ensuring patient and staff safety.
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
- 2 + years surgical experience as Registered Nurse;
- Proven ability to thrive as part of a high-performing team;
- Flexibility for rotating rosters, weekend/evening shifts;
- Orthopaedic experience (desired but not essential);
- Skill in assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating patient care delivery needs.

REMUNERATION
On offer is a base annual salary ranging from $75,436.57 - $99,268.14 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
