A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Nurse with prior experience in an acute care setting to join the dynamic Post Anaesthesia Recovery Unit at a private hospital in Sydney. It is a permanent full-time role, working on a Monday to Friday schedule.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of a dedicated Recovery Team, you will provide exceptional care to patients post-surgery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your role will focus on delivering holistic, evidence-based nursing care while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering customer-focused, evidence-based care;
- Communicating effectively within a multi-disciplinary team;
- Maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care;
- Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current Registration with AHPRA;
- At least 2 years of experience in Recovery nursing;
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care;
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work well independently and within a team;
- Intermediate computer skills;
- Post-graduate certificate in Recovery or working towards (desirable);
- Pediatric experience (desirable).

REMUNERATION
$39.09 - $54.89 per hour.
