Clinical Nurse – Robotic Surgery | Perth

• Promoting and maintaining clinical standards in the perioperative department to ensure the delivery of quality patient care;
• Being responsible for the coordination of quality nursing care in accordance with organisation policies and procedures, as well as in accordance with the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards;
• Participating as a supportive team member in clinical decision-making;
• Providing clinical leadership as a role model for practice;
• Being committed to maintaining a positive culture within the department.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Current registration with AHPRA;
• Minimum of 5 years of recent perioperative experience as a scrub/scout nurse, predominantly in robotic surgery;
• Demonstrated experience scrubbing for a variety of robotic procedures; 
• Well-developed problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to demonstrate clinical leadership;
• Highly organised with a proven ability to manage emergencies;
• Demonstrates strong adaptability in dynamic situations;
• Exhibits effective decision-making in real time.
