ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of clinical care and exceptional customer service to patients and their families. This will involve assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of each patient's individual needs. This role requires an individual who has a caring and compassionate nature, which enables them to provide the needed support to cancer patients and their carers.
REQUIREMENTS
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset and a passion to learn new skills and develop your clinical knowledge. You will have exceptional communication and organisation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
- Minimum five years post-graduate experience in oncology nursing is essential;
- Competent in chemotherapy administration and displaying proficiency in cannulation and associated treatments is essential.

REMUNERATION
A base hourly rate ranging from $38.88 - $54.61 + superannuation + applicable penalty rates. Based on experience level and qualifications.
ABOUT THE FACILITY
The hospital, located in Albury Wodonga, provides an extensive range of inpatient and day-patient services on-site. Licensed for 96 beds, the hospital is equipped with advanced medical, surgical, and diagnostic technology to deliver the highest standard of medical, surgical, and psychiatric care. Facilities include five busy operating theatres supporting both elective and emergency procedures, acute medical and surgical wards, a six-bed High Dependency Unit, a Day Surgery Unit, and a Home Nursing Service.
