Excellent opportunities exist for experienced and motivated Registered Nurses to join the Recovery Team at a private hospital on the Mornington Peninsula on a permanent full-time basis. 

ABOUT THE ROLE 
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering evidence-based nursing care;
  • Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team;
  • Ensuring patient and staff safety;
  • Working collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs;
  • Acting as a role model for Safe Practice.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Current registration with AHPRA;
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a recovery nurse;
  • Relevant post-graduate qualifications are highly regarded;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required.

ABOUT THE FACILITY 

The hospital, located on the Mornington Peninsula, is a comprehensive 344-bed acute emergency, surgical, medical, cardiac, and obstetric facility. The hospital currently accommodates a 14-bay emergency department, 226 medical and surgical, 36 cardiac, 11 ICU, 7 Neonatal, 14 Obstetric, and 30 Oncology beds, including 15-day infusion chairs.
