An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and reliable Registered Nurse to join the Angiography Team on a full-time basis at a private hospital in Melbourne.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Scrub Scout, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering safe, high-quality pre, intra, and post-operative nursing care;
- Assisting in interventional cardiac procedures such as angiograms, PCI, IVUS, and Shockwave;
- Supporting structural heart procedures, including TAVI, PFO, and ASD;
- Participating in EP and pacing cases.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Authority to Work in Australia;
- Minimum 12 months experience as an RN - Cardiac Cath Lab Scrub Scout;
- Working with Children check (if relevant);
- Police check;
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent;
- Proof of vaccination and serology relevant for working in a BBFE;
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.

REMUNERATION
$36.13 and $48.32 per hour.

The hospital, located in Melbourne, is an acute 124-bed facility providing a range of medical and surgical services. The facility offers a friendly and supportive staff environment with a strong commitment to excellence in customer care. These services are supported by a 10-bed intensive care unit, a six-bed neurosurgery intensive nursing unit, four operating theatres, two angiography suites, an endoscopy suite, a coronary care unit, and a day chemotherapy unit.
