A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Operating Theatre Department team at a private hospital in Perth. It is a permanent full-time opportunity.

ABOUT THE ROLE 
As a Perioperative Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient coordination of care within the Theatre Department. You will be joining a team of passionate professionals driven to provide safe, holistic nursing care to each individual patient to achieve optimal outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Current registration with AHPRA;
  • At least 3 years of  experience as a Registered Nurse in Theatre;
  • At least 1 year of experience in Orthopaedics is preferable but not essential;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement;
  • Demonstrated clinical leadership skills;
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs;
  • A strong clinical skillset working in an acute care setting with extensive in the perioperative environment.

The hospital, with a total of 722 beds and bays, is the major hospital for Perth's northern corridor that provides a range of medical and surgical services, maternity services, neonatal and paediatric services, and aged care and rehabilitation.
