ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of a clinical team, you will be planning, evaluating, and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse, and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and responding to rapidly changing patient conditions;
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary critical care team;
- Supporting families through compassionate communication and education;
- Maintaining high standards of documentation and patient safety.
REQUIREMENTS
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Recent ICU ward experience;
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster;
- Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and professional growth.

REMUNERATION
$41.85 - $54.68 per hour.
