Registered Nurse – Scrub Scout | Brisbane

• Delivering safe, evidence-based standards of nursing care;
• Supervising, directing, and guiding nursing team members within your scope of practice to deliver exceptional patient care;
• Delivering education and support to individuals and patients to assist with health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life care;
• Leading quality improvement and safety management projects to achieve desired outcomes;
• Working collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs;
• Acting as a role model for safe clinical practice.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current AHPRA registration;
• Authority to Work in Australia;
• Working with Children check (if relevant);
• Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or Diploma of Nursing;
• Specialty scrub/scout nursing experience;
• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards;
• Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement;
• Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated, and customer focused.
