Registered Midwife – Birth Suites | Sydney

You will join a compassionate maternity team to provide empowering, high-quality, and family-centered care across pregnancy, labor, and the postnatal journey. As a Registered Midwife, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, safe, and professional care for both low- and high-risk births. You will deliver exceptional clinical care while guiding and advocating for mothers and their newborns.

• Current AHPRA registration;
• Competency in IV insertion, CTG interpretation and epidural management;
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach;
• Postgraduate qualification in Midwifery or related specialty (desirable);
• The ability to work both day and night shifts (preferable).

The hospital is a modern 142-bed acute medical/surgical facility servicing the Sutherland Shire and surrounding areas. The hospital offers a comprehensive range of services, including Rehabilitation, a level 2 Intensive Care Unit, and Orthopaedics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
