Registered Nurse – Scrub Scout | Orange

• Providing safe perioperative care by preparing the operating theatre;
• Maintaining the sterile field;
• Assisting the surgical team, supporting patient safety, completing surgical counts and documenting care throughout the procedure. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Current AHPRA registration;
• Minimum two (2) years Anaesthetics, Scrub Scout, Recovery or perioperative experience;
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a supportive service;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong customer service focus;
• Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate the care delivery needs of patients;
• Exceptional customer service and time management abilities;
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others;
• Ability to work a rotating roster.
