Clinical Nurse Specialist – Vascular and Interventional Lab | Sydney

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be providing expert nursing care and clinical leadership within the Vascular and Interventional Lab, ensuring optimal patient safety and sterile field integrity. You will coordinate specialised technology and multi-disciplinary teams in high-acuity surgical environments to deliver advanced, evidence-based patient outcomes. You will be required to act as a team leader, professional resource, passionate mentor, and a positive role model to junior team members. You will maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and manage rapidly changing situations with proficiency and care. This leadership role will see the successful candidate be fully supported to enhance their skills and grow a career into a management position.

• Current registration with AHPRA;
• Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience in a Vascular Lab environment;
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded;
• A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance;
• Clinical leadership experience is desirable but not essential.

REMUNERATION

On offer is a base hourly rate of $58.81 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
