Registered Nurse – Scrub/Scout | Lismore

Exciting opportunities exist for experienced and motivated Scrub/Scout Registered Nurses to join the team at a private hospital in Lismore. 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering safe, evidence-based perioperative nursing care;
• Scrub and scout across a variety of surgical specialties;
• Collaborating closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and theatre teams;
• Participating in advanced robotic-assisted surgical procedures;
• Maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and clinical practice;
• Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current registration with AHPRA;
• Previous Scrub Scout experience in an acute perioperative environment;
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Experience in robotic surgery is advantageous but not essential;
• A commitment to delivering outstanding patient-centred care.
