Exciting opportunities are available for motivated Registered Nurses to join a friendly and busy Surgical Ward on a permanent part-time basis at a private hospital in Sydney.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality patient care. As a member of the clinical team, you will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an acute surgical setting;
- Recent experience in gynaecology, ENT, breast and endocrine paediatrics (desirable);
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities;
- Ability to thrive in a busy acute care environment;
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including afternoon and night shifts.

REMUNERATION
A base hourly rate of $40.24 - $56.52 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances.
ABOUT THE FACILITY
The hospital is located in Sydney's South and is an advanced surgical and acute medical facility. The hospital offers the latest 3D spinal imaging, multi-disciplinary medical and nursing care, an ICU, and "one-on-one" physiotherapy and performs over 3000 orthopaedic procedures yearly. The Endoscopy unit is situated within the Day Surgery Unit. It consists of 3 procedure rooms and provides a range of procedures, such as diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopy, ERCPs and Dental.
