Excellent opportunities exist for passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join the 36-bed Cardiac Services Unit at a private hospital on the Mornington Peninsula. Multiple full-time and part-time positions are available, with the role requiring flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of a clinical team, you will be planning, evaluating, and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse, and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to patients. You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.

REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Minimum 12 months experience/ recent experience within Cardiac Monitoring, Cardiac Nursing, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Cardiac Pacing, Nursing - A&E, Critical Care, and ICU;
- Strong ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care to achieve identified patient outcomes;
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised within ICU/CCU at an advanced clinical level;
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.

REMUNERATION
$41.34 - $52.80 per hour.
ABOUT THE FACILITY
The hospital, located on the Mornington Peninsula, is a comprehensive 344-bed acute emergency, surgical, medical, cardiac, and obstetric facility. The hospital currently accommodates a 14-bay emergency department, 226 medical and surgical, 36 cardiac, 11 ICU, 7 Neonatal, 14 Obstetric, and 30 Oncology beds, including 15-day infusion chairs.
