Clinical Nurse – Emergency Department | Perth

In this role, you'll be at the heart of critical decision-making and rapid response. You'll provide expert, patient-centred care in high-pressure situations, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to stabilise, treat, and support patients and their families during some of their most vulnerable moments.

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
• Minimum 5 years' postgraduate experience;
• Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Clinical Nurse within an Emergency Department/Critical Care unit;
• Postgraduate qualification in Emergency Care, or working towards one is an advantage;
• ALS competency required;
• Triage and coordinating experience essential;
• Knowledge of Quality improvement planning;
• Strong leadership skills;
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster;
• Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and professional growth.

REMUNERATION

$56.40 - $59.93 per hour.
