Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and empowering women throughout pregnancy, labour, birth and the postnatal journey by providing compassionate, individualised and evidence-based care;
• Providing exceptional maternity and newborn care within a welcoming, collaborative and woman-centred environment;
• Playing a central role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care and supporting positive outcomes for women, newborns and their families.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current registration with AHPRA;
• A genuine commitment to evidence-based, woman-centred care;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team;
• A commitment to professional development and lifelong learning;
• Experience in birth suite, antenatal, postnatal or special care nursery will be highly regarded.
