Clinical Nurse – Cardiology | Perth

As the Clinical Nurse, you will provide leadership and support to our passionate team of clinicians. This role will involve day-to-day problem-solving within the clinical setting and fostering a positive, friendly and supportive culture within our dedicated and professional nursing team. This is a direct leadership role, and you will be mentoring and supporting the front-line team members within their roles. In this role, you will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure the department is safe, effective, and follows best practice.

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
• Minimum of 12 months postgraduate experience in Cardiology;
• Ability to act as a positive role model with excellent communication skills;
• Previous experience as an in-charge Nurse will be highly regarded;
• Demonstrate excellent time management, clinical problem-solving, and organisational skills;
• Proven ability to coordinate patient care and shift lead;
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills and a strong team focus are vital for this position.

REMUNERATION

$56.40 per hour.
