• Identifying educational needs by partnering with Nursing Leaders (i.e. DON, NUM, CNS) and Clinical Support Functions (i.e. Quality, Infection Control);
• Leading and fostering a learning environment;
• Maintaining a professional and constructive working relationship;
• Prioritising patient safety and quality frameworks.

• Current registration with APHRA;
• Authority to Work in Australia;
• Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent;
• Certificate IV Workplace Assessment & Training (TAE);
• Working with Children check (if relevant);
• Thorough knowledge of ACORN standards and current legislation ;
• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards;
• Demonstrated experience in eLearning platforms;
• Knowledge of adult learning practises and contemporary education practises;
• High degree of computer literacy, including MS Office;
• Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team;
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer-focused.
