An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Scout Clinical Nurse to join the team at a private hospital in Perth. This is a permanent full-time position.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This opportunity will include the development and provision of evidence-based clinical nursing, whilst working and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. This opportunity enables you to act as a clinical expert, professional role model, and change agent to promote practice development and quality initiatives that deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality, patient-focused services.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in orthopaedics scrub scout;
- Exceptional organisational & communication skills;
- Advanced clinical skills and recent experience relevant to the area;
- Demonstrated effective communication skills and interpersonal skills.

REMUNERATION
On offer is a full-time equivalent, base annual salary ranging from $102,387.90 - $108,784.58 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
ABOUT THE FACILITY
The hospital, located in the northern suburbs of Perth, has 107 beds and provides a range of specialist services. These include a Day Surgery Unit, Palliative Care, Rehabilitation Unit, Sleep Lab, and services for Day Surgery and Endoscopy Patients, including Gastroenterology. The facility features four operating theatres and dedicated endoscopy procedure rooms.
