An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated and motivated healthcare professional to join a high-performing team at a private hospital in Melbourne. Casual and part-time opportunities are available for individuals passionate about supporting the delivery and ongoing development of urodynamics services. 

ABOUT THE ROLE
The position provides clinical leadership across outpatient and procedural environments and contributes to strengthening access to specialised urology and women's health services.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing visible clinical leadership within the urodynamics service;
  • Supporting and mentoring nursing staff to deliver safe, high-quality care;
  • Promoting best practice and continuous improvement across the service;
  • Working in partnership with patients and families in decision-making regarding provision of care, promoting beneficial relationships.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Current Registration with AHPRA;
  • Experience in urology, continence, outpatient or procedural nursing;
  • Demonstrated clinical leadership capability;
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance and quality frameworks;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
  • Experience in urodynamics or continence services (desirable);
  • Experience in service development or coordination (desirable).
