There is a new opportunity for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join a ward that offers one of the most comprehensive selections of surgical services encompassing General Surgical/Vascular/Infectious Diseases patients at a private hospital in Perth. This is a permanent full-time position.
ABOUT THE ROLE

Duties and responsibilities will involve, but are not limited to:
- Delivery of high-quality patient care to a diverse range of acute care surgical patients;
- Coordinating and delivering comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care, including complex wound management;
- Ensuring all care is delivered in line with the core values and strategic direction of the Hospital;
- Your day-to-day operations will include problem-solving, fostering a positive and supportive culture, ensuring patient safety, and continuous improvement;
- Providing supervision, guidance, and support to nursing staff within your team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
- Relevant registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia;
- A minimum of 5 years post-registration experience, including experience in General Surgical and Vascular;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required;
- Understanding the scope of practice;
- Ability to manage a designated portfolio and display sound leadership skills;
- Demonstrated knowledge/experience in accreditation processes, clinical indicators, and other quality projects.
