We're looking for skilled Endoscopy Nurses to join a busy, supportive team. You'll work in a high-volume unit with the latest technology and have real opportunities to develop your career.

Your Day-to-Day Role:

• Care for patients having endoscopic procedures - colonoscopies, gastroscopies, ERCP and more
• Assess and plan patient care from arrival through to discharge
• Assist doctors during procedures, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Monitor patients during conscious sedation, keeping them safe and comfortable
• Set up and maintain endoscopy equipment
• Educate patients before procedures and provide aftercare instructions
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Help with quality improvement projects
• Support and mentor junior staff when needed

What You'll Need:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• At least 2 years nursing experience since graduating
• Endoscopy or gastroenterology experience would be great (but not essential for the right candidate)
• Experience with conscious sedation
• Strong assessment and problem-solving skills
• Great communication skills with patients and colleagues
• Ability to work well in a busy environment
• Current CPR certification
