Registered Midwife – Postnatal and Birth Unit | Sydney

An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated and skilled Registered Midwife to join the Postnatal and Birth Unit at a leading private hospital in Sydney. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to bring your expertise to a collaborative and progressive clinical environment while providing exceptional, woman-centred care. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate, woman-centred care across antenatal, birth and postnatal stages;
• Collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes;
• Supporting women and families through one of the most important times in their lives;
• Contributing to continuous improvement and evidence-based midwifery practice.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife;
• Minimum 3 years post-registration experience;
• Strong clinical skills across antenatal, birth suite and postnatal care;
• Passion for delivering individualised, family-centred care;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster;
• IBCLC qualification (or working towards) (desirable);
• Experience in private healthcare.

REMUNERATION

$40.26  - $56.54 per hour.
