• Deliver evidence-based midwifery care across the maternity continuum
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of doctors, midwives, nurses, and support staff
• Provide a high standard of customer service to women and their families
• Ensure patient and staff safety at all times
• Maintain compliance with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and best practice implementation
• Support women through antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care
• Provide care in gynaecology and special care nursery settings as required

• Current AHPRA Registered Midwife registration
• Minimum 1 year of postgraduate midwifery experience
• Strong clinical skills and motivation to ensure excellence in patient care and customer service
• Commitment to safe practice and quality patient care
• Understanding of National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team structure
• Professional manner and approach at all times
