Excellent opportunities exist for experienced Anaesthetic & Recovery Registered Nurses to join the Operating Theatre at a private hospital in Sydney.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse, you will perform clinical duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to the patients. You will be joining a team of passionate professionals driven to provide safe, holistic nursing care to each patient to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Minimum 3 years post-registration experience in a hospital perioperative environment;
- Proven recent experience as an Anaesthetics / Recovery Nurse will also be essential for this role;
- Experience in plastics, minor Orthopaedic, ENT, dental and Orthopaedic Shoulders desirable;
- Any relevant perioperative postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional development;
- Effective interpersonal skills.

REMUNERATION
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $37.75 - $53.02 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

The hospital is a 37-bed acute surgical and medical facility with three theatres. It specialises in Orthopaedic, Cosmetic, Plastic and Reconstructive, Ear, Nose, and Throat surgeries, and Dental surgeries. The medical ward accommodates general medical and palliative care admissions.
