Registered Nurse – Anaesthetics | Melbourne

An exciting opportunity is available for experienced and committed Registered Nurses with anaesthetics expertise to join a dynamic Perioperative Team working across four operating theatres in a private hospital in Melbourne. Permanent full-time and part-time roles are on offer.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering evidence-based nursing care;
• Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team;
• Ensuring patient and staff safety;
• Acting as a role model for Safe Practice.

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant qualifications and registration with AHPRA;
• Minimum 2 years relevant nursing experience in a perioperative setting;
• Minimum 2 years Anaesthetic/Recovery nurse experience preferable;
• Post-graduate qualifications or specialities will be highly regarded;
• Excellent understanding of infection control principles;
• Completion of the NDIS 'Quality, Safety & You' e-learning module;
• Must hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (NDISWC).

REMUNERATION

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $36.13 - $49.96 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
