Registered Nurse – Day Procedure Unit | Perth

An exciting opportunity awaits experienced Endoscopy and Day Procedure Nurses to join a busy, high-turnover department at a private hospital in Perth. This family-friendly role operates Monday to Saturday, 07:00-19:30, with no Sundays, public holidays, or Christmas (two-week closure). Flexible short and long shifts are available for the right applicant.

You will join a 15-bed Day Procedure Unit delivering care to day surgery patients across the theatre and two dedicated endoscopy procedure rooms. The unit services both public and private endoscopy lists and continues to experience strong growth and increasing demand. As a result, the nursing team is expanding to support the growing endoscopy workload and ongoing commitment to high-quality patient care. To excel in this role, you will bring a robust clinical skillset honed in a hospital environment and ideally possess the competencies to thrive in our Clinical Services team.

• Current registration with AHPRA;
• At least 1 year of experience in an acute hospital environment;
• Experience in Surgical Endoscopy Procedural Room (preferred but trainable for the right candidate);
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills.

REMUNERATION

A base annual salary ranging from $75,436.57 - $99,268.14 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

The hospital, located in the northern suburbs of Perth, has 107 beds and provides a range of specialist services. These include a Day Surgery Unit, Palliative Care, Rehabilitation Unit, Sleep Lab, and services for Day Surgery and Endoscopy Patients, including Gastroenterology. The facility features four operating theatres and dedicated endoscopy procedure rooms.
