Registered Nurse – ICU | Perth

As a Registered Nurse - ICU, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing advanced nursing care to critically ill and ventilated patients;
• Managing complex clinical situations with sound judgement and autonomy;
• Monitoring and responding to rapidly changing patient conditions;
• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary critical care team;
• Supporting families through compassionate communication and education;
• Maintaining high standards of documentation and patient safety.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Current registration with AHPRA;
• Recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit;
• Advanced assessment and critical thinking skills;
• Experience with ventilators, inotropes, and invasive monitoring (highly regarded);
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
• Commitment to patient-centred, evidence-based care.

Postgraduate qualifications in Critical Care Nursing are highly regarded but not essential.

REMUNERATION

On offer is a base annual salary ranging from $75,436.57 - $99,268.14 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
