An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join the Medical Oncology Team at a private hospital in Sydney. This is a permanent full-time position.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be supporting a 28-bed Oncology Ward. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the hospital.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an acute health care setting;
- Recent experience in a medical/oncology ward;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required;
- Ability to work a rotating roster.

REMUNERATION
On offer is a base hourly rate of $38.88 - $54.61 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

With 312 licensed beds, the facility is one of NSW's largest Private Hospitals. The hospital performs most surgical specialties, including cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, advanced general and colorectal, urology, spinal surgery, ENT, vascular, paediatrics, oncology, and medical care.
