ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring smooth and efficient operating theatre lists;
- Delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to patients throughout their surgical journey;
- Collaborating closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and the Theatre Team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current AHPRA registration;
- Minimum two (2) years acute hospital experience;
- Experience within the scrub scout role;
- Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate the care delivery needs of patient;
- Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities;
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others;
- Flexibility to move across different specialties where required.

REMUNERATION
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $39.96 - $54.01+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
