ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of the clinical team, you will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients. You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful, you will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
- Medication endorsed (IV qualified);
- Recent acute care or surgical ward experience;
- Previous orthopaedic scrub scout experience is desirable;
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster;
- Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and professional growth.
