An outstanding opportunity awaits a passionate Registered Nurse to make a difference in a friendly, collaborative environment at a private hospital in Melbourne. This is a part-time role catering to several surgical specialties.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of the clinical team, you will be planning, evaluating, and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse, and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to patients. You will be supporting the theatre and dedicated staff across multiple specialties.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current AHPRA registration;
- Medication endorsed (IV qualified);
- Recent acute care or surgical ward experience;
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster;
- Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and professional growth;
- Previous experience in acute surgical services is desirable.
