Registered Nurse – Scrub Scout | Perth

As a Registered Nurse - Scrub Scout, you will work in a 20-theatre complex, and your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering evidence-based nursing care;
• Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team;
• Ensuring patient and staff safety;
• Acting as a role model for Safe Practice.

REQUIREMENTS

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Current registration with AHPRA;
• Graduate program experience in Scrub Scout desirable;
• Experience in orthopaedics is desirable but not essential;
• Proven ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patients;
• A postgraduate qualification in Perioperative Nursing and a completed preceptorship program will be highly regarded.
• Willingness to accept and promote the hospital's core values.

REMUNERATION

On offer is a base annual salary ranging from $75,436.57 - $99,268.14 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
