Excellent opportunities exist for a passionate Registered Nurse to join the busy Perioperative Scrub/Scout Team on a permanent, full-time or part-time basis at a private hospital in Sydney.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the theatre team, you will ensure patient safety and clinical excellence throughout the perioperative continuum, providing skilled intraoperative assistance during surgical procedures. As a member of the clinical team, you will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse Educators and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to patients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Minimum 12 months' experience in scrub/scout;
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster;
- Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and professional growth.

REMUNERATION
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $40.24 - $56.52 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
