Opportunities have arisen for experienced Registered Nurses to join the Perioperative Team on a full-time basis in a dedicated Scrub/Scout role at a private hospital in Regional NSW.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering safe, evidence-based standards of nursing care;
- Working collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs;
- Acting as a role model for safe clinical practice.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA;
- Minimum of 12 months' perioperative experience as a Scrub/Scout nurse;
- Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team;
- Highly organised with a proven ability to manage emergency situations;
- Demonstrates strong adaptability in dynamic situation;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

REMUNERATION
$40.24 - $56.52 per hour.
ABOUT THE FACILITY
The hospital, located in the Tamworth region, is a Medical & Surgical Hospital with a large Day Surgery Unit adjacent to the 3 operating theatres, a large procedure room, and a High Dependency Unit. The hospital specialises in orthopaedics, general surgery, urology, endoscopy, ophthalmology, gynaecology and rehabilitation.
