Experienced and committed Anaesthetic Registered Nurses have the chance to become part of the established team in Endoscopy at a private hospital in Brisbane, where exciting full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Shift times for this role vary including 6 and 10-hour day shifts starting at 6:30 am, 8-hour evening shifts starting at 12:30 pm, and an option for twilight evening shifts from 17:00 pm-21:00 pm. On-call duties are required on weeknights and weekends.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your duties will include:
- Providing exceptional service and care to patients;
- Collaborating effectively within a multi-disciplinary team;
- Demonstrating a strong ability to work well with others;
- Ensuring the safety of patients and staff;
- Utilizing sound knowledge of theatre equipment and safe use practices;
- Applying proven troubleshooting skills;
- Exhibiting excellent organizational skills and maintaining high standards in documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current Registration with AHPRA;
- Bachelor of Science (nursing) or equivalent;
- At least 2 years of graduate experience in Anaesthetics;
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care;
- Relevant postgraduate qualification;
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Works well independently and within a team;
- Compliance with ACQSHC National Standards.
REMUNERATION
A salary ranges from $39.66 - $52.97 per hour, based on your years of relevant experience.
