Excellent opportunities exist for experienced and passionate Cardiology Registered Nurses to join a supportive and dedicated team at a private hospital in Sydney. Full-time and permanent part-time positions are available.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in an acute hospital setting;
- Experience in the cardiology/cardiothoracic specialties is essential;
- CCU experience desirable;
- Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate care delivery needs of patients;
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and autonomously as required;
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills;
- ILS/ALS/ CALS certification (desirable);
- Relevant post-graduate qualifications highly regarded.

REMUNERATION
$34.43 - $48.33 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

The hospital, located in Northern Sydney, provides surgical specialties such as cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, colorectal, urology, spinal surgery, ENT, Plastic surgery, vascular surgery, paediatrics, and Robotic Surgery. It has 313 beds and 19 operating theatres, including a hybrid theatre and a 25-bay PACU. The hospital also offers advanced cardiac technology and high-class accommodation standards.
